1 General Terms & Introduction

Forebet (forebet-taka.com) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions form the legal basis of the agreement between Forebet and all its registered members. 4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

5 Betting Rules

• Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet is final. There is no way to cancel it other than through Cash Out.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed for more than 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, Forebet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In disputes over match results, the decision of the relevant international sports authority is final.
• If a network issue occurs while odds are changing during live betting, the odds applicable at that moment will be used.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Before learning about Forebet's bonus structure, please read the following carefully:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit. A person cannot claim the welcome bonus a second time by opening another account.
• You must complete the required rollover before withdrawing bonus funds. A 5x rollover on the welcome bonus means you need to place bets totalling five times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50. Bets with odds below this threshold will not count toward the rollover requirement.
• Every bonus has an expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days). Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Opening or using an account as a minor while concealing your age.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Using another member's account or sharing your account credentials with others.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Forebet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms of registration are violated.
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• If identity verification documents have not been submitted.
• When a member voluntarily submits a self-exclusion request.

If an account is closed, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded. However, balances may be forfeited if the account was involved in prohibited activity.
